Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri Dixit is a famous Indian actress known for her role in the film Beta Saajan as well as Hum Aapke Haiin Koun..! Her first fame was the role she played in the 1980s film Tezaab, in which she co-starred with veteran actor Anil Koopor. The next time she appeared on screen was in Dil alongside Aamir. When she was a kid, the Mumbai-born dancer began developing her skills at a young age. She started acting when young and fought for several years because the majority of her first film projects were unsuccessful. Then, she discovered success with Indian film and climbed to the very top. Following her wedding ceremony, she took a brief break from her acting career before returning. Recenty, she had an important performance on the film Gulaab Gang. The film was about struggles faced by women in India. Dixit was nominated fifteen times to win Filmfare Awards. She won 8 of these. Padma Shri - the fourth most prestigious civilian award of India - was given to Dixit. Her work in the field of social service is known to the world.
